This privacy policy describes how Droitsfacilefr SAS ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of the website droitsfacilefr.com, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act as amended.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Droitsfacilefr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 850 432 197, with its registered office at 12 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France. 2. Data collected
We collect only the data strictly necessary: your first and last name, your e-mail address and, where applicable, your French department of residence. No banking data and no sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR is collected through the form.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to send you information about real estate projects available in your region, respond to your enquiries, manage our relationship and comply with our legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax obligations).
4. Legal bases
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6-1-a GDPR) for the communication of information and on our legitimate interest (Article 6-1-f) for site security and fraud prevention.
5. Retention period
Form data is kept for three (3) years from your last contact with us, in line with CNIL recommendations. Data required to comply with legal obligations is kept for the applicable legal retention period.
6. Recipients
Your data is intended exclusively for the authorised teams of Droitsfacilefr SAS and our technical sub-processors (hosting provider, e-mail service provider) bound by contract and subject to confidentiality obligations. No data is sold or transferred to third parties.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Your data is hosted in France (OVH SAS, Roubaix). No transfer outside the European Union takes place.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, port your data and withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by writing to dpo@droitsfacilefr.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris).
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS 1.3 encryption, access controls, encrypted backups and logging.
